When am I charged?
For a single video, your card is authorized at checkout for the amount. We capture the payment only after your finished video is saved. If generation fails, times out or the AI refuses your photo, the authorization is canceled and nothing is charged. Your bank may show the pending hold for a few days before it disappears.
Packs are charged at checkout. If a video made with a pack fails, its credit goes back to the pack automatically.
