Refunds

You are only charged when your video is delivered. At checkout we place a hold on your card. If generation fails, times out or the AI refuses your photo, we release the hold automatically and email you. Nothing to request.

If you received a video that is clearly broken (no face replaced, corrupted file), email support@bulin47ai.info within 7 days with your order link and we will refund it.

Because each video is a custom AI render, we can't refund a delivered video because you'd like a different look; try a different photo instead.
